InterNACHI's Standards of Practice video

Thank you for coming to D. Hill Home Inspections website.

My name is David Hill. I am a proud, disabled United States Marine Veteran. Proud to have served my great country of The United States of America.

My background includes working in the transportation industry as a Transportation Specialist.for 22 years.

In 2013, I decided to make a career change to work in the home inspection occupation field.

I bring to this industry commitment, integrity, honesty, loyalty, and most of all flexability. I have an ongoing working relationship with a Real Estate Broker who mentored and educated me for this exciting career.

As I was taught years ago, a person who enjoys his job is more motivated to do a great job. As I do home inspections on dwellings I always think of the property as if I were purchasing or already own that property. I shall always have my customers best interest at heart as I work thoroughly on their home inspection.

InterNACHI's
       Code of Ethics

A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. The inspection is performed for a fee, and is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector.  The scope of work may be modified by the client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.
